Boathouse Annex Luncheon Menu – catered events

3. Soup and ½ Sandwich* Choice of Soup and ½ Sandwich with Turkey, Havarti Cheese, Tomato and Greens with Honey Mustard Mayonnaise
   Whole Sandwich with Soup – Add $1.50
   *(you may do soup and ½ salad if you choose)
   
   
4. Classic Chicken Salad Sandwich on Croissant served with Fresh Fruit
   
   
5. Boathouse Greek Salad – Romaine and Iceberg Lettuce with Greek Olives
   With Chicken – add $1.50, with Salmon – add $2.50
   
   

$23.50 per person* – includes beverages (ice tea, lemonade, and coffee), plated assorted cookies.

Gratuity is included for the above food and beverages only, for luncheons up to 40 guests.  *Additional service charges will be incurred for over 40 guests.  Prices are based on a 2 hour event only, and must conclude no later than 3:30 p.m. if extended. An additional $75.00 service charge will be added for each additional 1/2 hour of service. Your event will incur an additional $50 fee for a bartender, if you elect to serve alcohol at your event and an additional 22% gratuity will be added to ONLY the beverages added to your menu. St. Louis City Sales Tax of 8.241% added to final invoice.

You must meet a food and beverage minimum of $500.00. The Boathouse Annex is a renovated boat storage facility redecorated for the purpose of hosting events such as baby showers, birthday celebrations, and corporate lunches during the daytime only. It does not have air-conditioning. It does have forced air gas heating and a gas fireplace for use in the winter months.
