The Boathouse will once again host Yappy Hours on the Annex Patio from 5 to 7 p.m. on the first Wednesdays of summer and early fall months to benefit Forest Park Forever ($5 donation per guest). Yappy Hours are open to customers who are accompanied by a friendly/sociable dog on a leash.
Boathouse guests may spend the evening on the lake while enjoying a picnic for two for $32 plus tax per person. The per-person price covers the boat rental and a picnic basket with wine, choice of Turkey Club or Vegetarian Wrap, along with flatbread, cheese spread, marinated olives, Cape Cod popcorn, fresh grapes and chocolate biscotti. Guests must be 21 for wine to be included in the basket; otherwise, another drink will be substituted.
